Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Our "Made for You" Philosophy

At Dandy Donkey, we believe in choice without waste. We are a Belgian startup that prioritizes the planet over mass production. To achieve this, we mainly use a Print-on-Demand model:

  • Zero Waste: We only create a product when someone truly wants it. No dusty warehouses, no wasted stock.

  • Local & Quality: Your items are printed in Europe to reduce transport emissions. We prioritize premium, eco-friendly materials like organic cotton.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

We keep shipping simple so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of €5.95 (within Belgium).

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after production.

  • Total Wait: Most customers receive their order within 1–2 weeks.

3. Cancellations

Because we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, our production process is highly automated.

  • Our Commitment: We operate on a "Best Effort" basis for cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is typically sent to our European production partners within a few hours.

  • Requesting a Change: If you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at info@dandydonkey.com .

  • The Window: If your order has not yet entered the "Production" phase, we will happily cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once printing has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

  • If it's too late: Don't worry—once you receive the item, you can still exercise your right to return it (see Section 4).

4. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Belgian and EU law, you have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your items.

How to Return:

  1. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.

  2. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Ship the item to our headquarters:

A Note on Conscious Shopping: While returns are allowed, we encourage you to check our size guides carefully before ordering. Because every item is printed specifically for you, returns have a high environmental cost. We appreciate your help in minimizing our carbon footprint!

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to reflect the amount.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If there is a printing error or the item is damaged, we’ve got you covered. Send a photo of the issue to info[a]dandydonkey.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
