At Dandy Donkey, we believe in choice without waste. Most items in WearArt and WallArt are produced on demand, just for you. This means:

• Zero Waste — We only create a product when someone truly wants it.
• Local & Quality — Your items are printed in Europe using premium, for WearArt eco‑friendly materials such as organic cotton.
• Planet First — By avoiding mass production and excess stock, we reduce waste and unnecessary transport emissions.

This philosophy shapes how we handle returns: we fully respect your legal rights, while encouraging conscious choices that help us minimise environmental impact.

2. A Note on Conscious Shopping

While returns are always possible under EU law, we kindly encourage you to check our size guides and product details carefully before ordering.
Because each WallArt and WearArt item is printed specifically for you, returns have a real environmental cost.
Your thoughtful choices help us reduce our carbon footprint and keep Dandy Donkey sustainable.

3. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. How to Start a Return

Important:

• Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• For defective or incorrect items, we provide free return shipping.

5. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@dandydonkey.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For approved defect‑related returns, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalised products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards

Sale items can be returned, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
This legal right exists independently of our 30‑day return window.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Sustainability Reminder

Because WearArt and WallArt items are made on demand, returned products cannot always be resold.
We therefore encourage mindful purchasing to help reduce waste and support our mission of choice without mass production.
